Members of the Scargo Cafe family are friends for life - over the years we have been honored to employ some of the finest food preparation and service professionals on Cape Cod. Many are lifetime culinary professionals but, like many on the Cape, some are inevitably on their way to other places. The fine people pictured on these pages and scores of others have contributed immensely to the survival and success of the our humble restaurant. To our staff past and present...
